Giving is a VNA tradition, whether you have a lot of time or a little, a specific skill you’d like to use or a general desire to help, VNA has a volunteer opportunity for you.  Volunteers enhance service provided by our patient care staff. You can volunteer as an individual, family or part of an organization. Everyone can make a difference.

Types of volunteer opportunities:

• Hospice – spend time reading to patients, writing letters, running errands or just visiting.
• Thrift Shop* – duties include sorting and tagging merchandise and operating the cash register
• Office – assist with general miscellaneous office duties including filing, shredding and mailings
• Fundraising – volunteer at one of our special events (golf tournament, garden party)
• Holiday – sort and deliver food and gifts for deliverty to clients
