VNA Northwest Nursing Registry offers 24 hour service, including weekends and holidays.

• Weekend rate is in effect from 8 p.m. Friday evening through 8 a.m. Monday.
• Holiday rate is one and one half times the regular rate and is in effect as follows:
  • Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day from
    11 p.m. holiday eve until 11 p.m.holiday night.
  • Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day from
    3 p.m. holiday eve until 11 p.m. holiday night.

Suggested Rates:

There is an agency referral fee of $3.30 per hour for caregiver services (billed on a monthly basis).

The following are suggested rates per client. Rates are negotiable between client and caregiver and generally billed on a weekly basis.

	Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse: Nurses are available for full shifts and also for 1-2 hours a week to be in touch with the doctor for prescription and medication setups as well as nursing services. Staff relief is also available. Nursing Services - R.N. $30 - $40/hour * Nursing Services - L.P.N. $20 - $30/hour * Weekend Rates: $2/hour additional   Certified Nursing Assistant and Personal Care Attendant: C.N.A./P.C.A.s are qualified to do “hands on” care and assist with daily living. Includes: light housekeeping, laundry, meals, shopping, doctor/hair appointments and reading. C.N.A./P.C.A. $14 - $16/hour ** Weekend Rates: $1.50/hour additional   Companion: Companions can offer comfort and a safe environment, light housekeeping, laundry, meals, shopping, doctor/hair appointments and reading. Companion $12 - $15/hour ** Weekend Rates: $1.50/hour additional   Domestic: Domestic services can provide assistance with more substantial housekeeping needs. Domestic $20 - $25/hour ** Weekend Rates: $1.50/hour additional   NOTE - There is a 15% discount on the Agency fee for 24-hour care after 2 weeks.
