Annual Golf Tournament

Thanks to all who made the 12th Annual Golf Tournament for our Home Care and Hospice programs a success on Monday, September 19. It was held at the beautiful Fairview Farm Golf Course in Harwinton.

Tournament Format:

Players compete in a scramble format with a shotgun start at 11 am. Individuals as well as foursomes are welcome.

Contest prizes are awarded for:

  • Longest Drive
  • Closest To The Pin
  • Hole In One
  • Putting
  • Low Gross
  • Low Net

Player Fee - $150 includes greens fees, cart, practice range, boxed lunch, dinner/banquet and prizes/awards ceremony.

 

Not a golfer?
You can still support our cause by registering as a dinner guest and joining us for the cash bar, delicious dinner and prize drawing in the golf course's clubhouse.

This year's tournament raised approximately $17,000 for our Hospice and Home Care programs. This was made possible by the generous donations that were made by local individuals and companies. View pictures of the 2011 tournament.

All donors will be listed in the program booklet and will be recognized in our newsletter which is distributed to homes and businesses throughout Northwest Connecticut.
