11th Annual Golf Tournament

Spring has sprung and the 11th Annual VNA Northwest Golf Tournament and Banquet is approaching quickly. This year’s event will be held on Monday, September 20, 2010 at the beautiful Fairview Farm Golf Course in Harwinton, CT. So signup for a day of fun and camaraderie, play some golf, meet some new people, eat some great food, have a few laughs, and if you are lucky maybe win a prize or two!

Tournament Format:

Players compete in a scramble format with a shotgun start at 11 am. Individuals as well as foursomes are welcome.

Contest prizes are awarded for:

  • Longest Drive
  • Closest To The Pin
  • Hole In One
  • Putting
  • Low Gross
  • Low Net

Player Fee - $150 includes greens fees, cart, practice range, boxed lunch, dinner/banquet and prizes/awards ceremony.

 

Not a golfer?
You can still support our cause by registering as a dinner guest and joining us for the cash bar, delicious dinner and prize drawing in the golf course's clubhouse.

Last year we raised $23,000 for our Hospice and Home Care programs. This was made possible by the generous donations that were made by local individuals and companies. View pictures of the 2009 tournament.
