Winsted -- Tuesdays, 10:45 - 11:45 a.m., January 3-February 7, McCarthy Senior Center, 80 Holabird Ave. * Next session: February 14-March 20

Warren -- Mondays, 10:15-11:15 a.m., April 2 - May 7, The Academy, Sackett Hill Rd.

*Participants will be asked to pay a $12 fee for the six-week clinics in Torrington and Winsted. They are funded in part by a grant from the Western Connecticut Area Agency on Aging.
